Processing and polishing

DUE ERRE has built up consistent experience over the years in the surface finishing of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass and titanium parts of all shapes and sizes.

We are equipped to process any special alloy, for example, aluminium alloys or extruded metal materials.

The experienced technical department can assess the right solution for processing individual parts or on mass production based on customer prototypes or drawings.
DUE ERRE has a cutting line with 2 automatic croppers for cutting rods and tubes, including angular cuts.
The parts are then finished using burring machines or satin finishing machines or by polishing.

We are equipped with:
- 4 robotized systems
- 2 levelling and satin finishing machines for flat surfaces
- 1 sizing unit for sheet metal- 2 satin finishers for round tubes
- A large department for manual satin finishing and polishing with machines.
